Thank you for drop in this home page despite your busy schedule. The Night Time Nursery School "Dream", currently directed by Ms. Fumiko Wakabayashi, is a Nursery care worker which gets together everyday for night time nursery care. We have experienced the joy of welcoming new children as well as the sadness of having to say good-byes to children. Although the Dream nursery care worker is small in number, each worker continually strives very hard to improve the performance of the care worker group. As social welfare corporation living toward the 21st century, we will polish our lives with kindness mind to send beautiful harmony of hope to our community. |

By using it repeatedly in communication with children. a parent and adults is assured to see more and more negative orientation in their children. who will soon become used to being restricted inside the boundaries of "no." When these children grow up, it will be difficult for them to realize the freedom given to them to exhibit fully all their talents and abilities. We are all programmed to grow remarkably when we are praised.This program is controlled by one of the systems installed in our brain. |

was a time when "skinship" became a popular word. Originating
in the United States and spreading to other parts of world, this movement
emphasized the importance of skin contact."Touching" was advocated
as a means of smoothing and improving communication, and it was widely received
at one time, Although the high point of this movement is over now, "skinship"
is still recognized to be an effective method of promoting better communication.
In "Dream" Night time Nursery School,"skinship" is introduced
not only as a physical means of communication, but
also as a lubricant for mental communication, The "Dream" Night
time Nursery School place great importance on constant expression of love
and affection, which is what they consider to be "mental skinship".
It's been medically proven that the above mentioned psychological development must be instilled before intellectual development. |
